Why We're Called Second Cast
Anyone who fishes knows the first cast rarely lands where you meant it to. So you reel in, reset, and throw again. Recovery works a lot like that. So does getting through a hard stretch with your mental health. Nobody gets it right on the first try, and the ones who make it aren't the ones who never missed. They're the ones who kept casting.
